ADP Change Center

The ADP Change Center is a home and strategy+organizing center for 5,000 ADP in the Pioneer Valley.  Hit by the June 2011 tornado, it now overlooks two empty lots and a landscape of blue tarps in the South End of Springfield: a culturally diverse neighborhood of Springfield with a long history of arts, cuisine, strong families and industry.

This 100-year old building is a place of transformation and power for our community, hosting meetings with government officials, such as Governor Deval Patrick, and celebrations with hundreds throughout the Pioneer Valley.

The Center for Design Engagement worked collaboratively with ADP leaders to develop community influenced designs for the Change Center.  This shared vision will transform the entire ADP headquarters by maximizing efficiency, utility and aesthetics.
